Street sweeping will be starting today (April 15, 2021) and ongoing for the coming week. Please avoid parking on the street to allow the street sweepers to effectively clean our streets.

Gold River Depot Closure – April 2, 2021
Please be advised that the Gold River Depot will be closed for Good Friday April 2, 2021. The Depot will reopen for normal hours of operation on Saturday April 3, 2021.
Facility Closures for Remembrance Day
The following facilities will be closed on Wednesday November 11, 2020 for Remembrance Day:
- Gold River Village Office
- Gerry Morgan Memorial Centre
- Anne Fiddick Aquatic Centre
- Comox Strathcona Waste Management transfer station (depot)
All facilities will reopen at their normal scheduled hours on Thursday November 12, 2020.
Residential Garbage Collection Change – Remembrance Day
Due to Remembrance Day being on a Wednesday, residential garbage collection will be a day earlier. Residential garbage will be picked up on Tuesday, November 10, 2020.
Road Closure
Peppercorn Road will be closed for repairs from Thursday June 18th to Thursday June 25th.
