Public Hearing – Temporary Use Permit

In accordance with Part 14 Division 3 and 8 of the Local Government Act, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will take place:

To consider a temporary use permit for temporary housing at 495 Maquinna Crescent.

If approved, the Temporary Use Permit will allow the Industra Construction Corporation to place four RV’s on the construction site at 495 Maquinna Crescent. Temporary Use Permits are valid for two years, however, the contractor expects construction to be complete by December 2023. Map of the approximate location of where the RV’s will go have been included on the back of the notice. All persons who believe their interests in property may be affected by the proposal and wish to register an opinion may do so by appearing before Council at the public hearing in person or on Zoom. Or, forward written submissions to the Village office before noon on February 1st, 2023 by email at or to the Village of Gold River, PO Box 168, Gold River, V0P 1G0.
