To consider the proposed Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 705.2, 2021 and the proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 706.3, 2021.
The proposed bylaws will change the zoning for the property being Lot 83, Plan VIP30672, District Lot 637, Nootka Land District, Except Plan 47881, & EXC PL VIP52845 VIP62535 & VIP62535. All persons who believe their interest in property may be affected by the proposed bylaws and wish to register an opinion may do so by:

The purpose of the proposed Bylaw Nos. 705.2, 2021 and 706.3, 2021, if adopted, is to rezone Lot 83, Plan VIP30672, District Lot 637, Nootka Land District, Except Plan 47881, & EXC PL VIP52845 VIP62535 & VIP62535 from Public Use (P-.1) to Fee Simple Half Duplex Residential (RM.1A). and to change the Official Community Plan Map, specifically Lot 83, Plan VIP30672, District Lot 637, Nootka Land District, Except Plan 47881, & EXC PL VIP52845 VIP62535 & VIP62535 be rezoned from Public Use (PBL) to Urban Residential (UR).
