Notice of Development Variance Permit
The property owner of the residence located at 557 Nimpkish Drive is wanting to build a 1.8 metre fence in their exterior side yard setback. Under the Zoning Bylaw, the maximum permitted fence height in an exterior side yard setback is 1.2 metres. Development Variance Permit being applied for will allow the owner to construct a 1.8 metre fence.
Notice is hereby given under section 499 of the Local Government Act to residents of the Village of Gold River that this development variance permit will be presented to Council on October 7, 2024. The proposed permit will be available for public inspection at the Municipal office at 499 Muchalat Drive from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
